More than just a workout. 

CrossFit will challenge you mentally and physically to be stronger than you ever thought possible. MWB CrossFit offers something for everyone. No matter where you are commencing your trip to a fitter you. We've got your six. In just one week, you will see the encouragement from the person working out right beside you, and the highs of the workout. We are giving you a week of workouts. The first day hooked us.  

Workouts that scale to every body

Workouts are flexible. We encourage beginners to scale down or simplify the exercises for your level of fitness.

Strong Community

When you join MWB CrossFit Traverse, you join a family. We are there for each other with supporting words and tough love when you need it inside and out of the box.   

Coaches by your side

We know new places and people can be intimidating. We have coaches in every class, especially the free trial, and questions are encouraged. They're there to support you and motivate you.

The movement

The daily workouts are a tossed salad of strength and conditioning, cardio, and weights. The hodge-podge of movements works every muscle of your body for anything you might face in the world. We keep the whole body moving so you can be mighty in every way possible. 

Nourishment

The other half of the fitness regime we follow is nutrition. We help you make the best food decisions to ensure you have the energy for day to day life (and some killer workouts). 

HIIT

High-intensity interval training improves your metabolism and helps your oxygen consumption. It helps with your mental wellness and is a fun workout that you'll want to do again!

Are you at risk?

People with pre-existing medical conditions like heart disease or an illness that compromises your immune system are more at risk for viruses. There might not be a cure for some infections. We believe the best way to fight or prevent the reality of getting sick is with a healthy balance of activity and proper diet. Get yourself out of the at-risk category if you can.
